Haley’s Bio

A lover of athletics, Haley Hamilton began her sporting career with the 100m, 200m, 4 x 100m relays and the long jump (despite the fact that she’s 5’1”). After an injury she was forced to take a time out, which opened the door for her to find her current passion: CrossFit. After her husband encouraged her to attend her first class, she was hooked. She is now a Level 1 CrossFit trainer and her husband is the head coach at their box, which they consider a second home. Their daughter comes too, and Haley plans to start CrossFit kids classes.

Her accomplishments include holding all the records for her weight category at Army and Combined Services level, qualifying for Nationals, qualifying in the top category at the Rainhill Trials in England, and competing on the Armed Forces team and Royal Corps of Signals team. She loves pizza and fruit. Haley loves the ethos of Barbell Fury, and as a Team Fury athlete aims to inspire as many people as she can, especially ladies, to show them that strong is beautiful and absolutely anything can be achieved if you put your mind to it.
